BLOCK OFF STARTS!!!Slack Times.../ IPPT/ KBOX!
Currently, i am clearing off. Wahaha. In camp now, we are really really so slack (partly because of the whole battalion in Indo and after Atec) that we are free to play card games the whole morning. Haha..
oh.. btw, i had my IPPT test yesterday. I achieve quite wonderful results given the very fact that i had not done much training as compared to last year. haha... 4 station out of 5 had improvement, with only my 2.4km run deteriorated by 14sec. it increased from 11m 20s to 11m 34s.
Here are my other results compared to last year:
2005 2006
Shuttle run: 10.4s 9.9s
SBJ: 225cm 243cm
Sit-up: 40 40
Pull-up: 10 12
haha... see see... all max points except running (3 points/5) haha.. YAY!!!
Went singing Kbox with MaviS! Finally, a WU1 DING3 which did not flopped. haha.. Yay!!!
