Ministry of Sound

Half day @ AMQ camp on friday 270106 0700. Book in in the morning with QY. It felt totally different booking in on a morning compared to the previous night. I need not worry about going home to pack my stuff as i will have the whole night to pack if i had no time to do so in the evening. Had this Battalion 4km run in the morning. I don't see the point actually.Celebration in camp includes a Liondance performance which flopped miserably. I feel that they are not professional at all, based on their stunts and action. Just imagine after performing halfway, they rotate the liondancers. What kind of professionalism is that. OC CPT Hoon then gave each of us oranges personally! How touching. Chuan Yang gave us ang-pows which contained 2 golden coins.
Went off at 11am.
Met BY at harbourfront at 6.45pm for dinner. Christabel and JY cannot make it.. so sad really. Got the School Rumble VCDs from him. Ate Hans for dinner b4 heading off to Ministry of Sound with another group of frens. Yup.
QY, KS, Lunny, YC and me went to MOS at 9pm+. The queue was so long. Kinda expected cos the next day is CNY eve. Only me and YC went clubbing b4.. the rest were newbies. Haha.. thanks to YC we manage to make out way smoothly and orientate ourselves to the club. The club is huge! haha.. compared to the previous clubs i gone to. We occupied a table to ourselves. As for the drinks, we ordered Fresh Orange Juice, Sprite, Coke, a bottle of Volka (40% alcohol), Tequila shot and Baileys on the rocks. Started off by just sitting down and enjoying the beat of the music. Lunny, KS and QY did not want to dance. But all off them gave their first try. Excellent. QY rise to the occasion admirably. haha... after that we went around exploring the place. In the end, only me, QY and YC dance. Haha.. i went to the elevated platform to dance.. YC and QY joined in after a while. When were dancing, there was this cool smoke and snow like foam which fell from above. So fun! I was dancing madly and enthusiastically. Totally cool. Haha... whole place wsa flooded after 12 midnight. I was quite surprised at the crowd MOS attracts - all the way from students to middle age people in their 30s and 40s. Yup.. was amazed by how some of the clubbers dance. Pro was the word to use. Lunny and KS did not dance despite my attempts to psycho them to do so. Lunny seems to have gained a lot of experience from this. I seriously hopes it helps him in his main purpose of visiting MOS! Went off at 2.30am to Lao Pat Sat for "Breakfast"? Haha... then went to stone outside Raffles MRT station all the way to 6am+. Played bridge durin our spare time there. Ended the day with a group photo (haben uploaded yet) before headin home to sleep and begin my new day! It was really a VERY fun experience gg MOS. Really.
