A weekend of ups and down
Exercise Pegasus was indeed quite flopped from what I think. Haha. Supposingly 3 missions similar to Atec2, jus with an addition of a Helicopter ride. However from what I heard, mission 2 and 3 were cancelled for the rifle companies cos there were not enough people to fight the missions. For support company, we fight the 2nd mission while the 3rd mission was concelled. Not that it is not good for the soldiers ( I believe they are happy for exercise to cut early), but it jus flopped lor. Haha.
KS attended C on the day of move out. He had almost all the sickness that one can imagine of: fever, flu, cough and sorethroat. Take Care!
Nothing spectacular happen during the whole thing except the helicopter ride which is super COOL. Haha. I can finally say: I RODE ON A LIVE HELICOPTER BEFORE. Wahaha. Very Very noisy though.
Friday was a SLACK day as we sort of started to prepare to BOOK OUT only. After book out, me and KS went to GV Grand to watch Nacho Libre. Yup. Quite a nice show but not as good as what Junde said lei. I did not laugh all the way from the start to the end of the movie. I would give a 6/10 ba.
Something SHOCKING and SADDENING happen. *Don’t ask what!* I am jus super affected by it lah.
I relived my sec school days that particular night. I still remember talking long hours on the phone with Junyi and Christabel to late into the night. Hours of endless talking and endless topics to talk. But when I go to JC and army, these talking sort of simmer down a lot. Perhaps we become very busy or the MSN thingy is getting very common. That night, I had a SUPER long conversation with KS. Around 4 hours from 2200 to 0230 (excluding sometime in between where we need to settle some stuff. Haha.). I was actually calling him to tell him my troubles…kinda thing. I still believe that telling someone your problems will definitely allow one to feel loads better. Indeed, my mood became a lot better that day. Haha. Thanks KS!
Sat lunch flopped ( thanks to the organizer: compliments by BY) haha. Movie Gang met up for the movie: THE LAKE HOUSE. Zuee was super excited about the show for Keanu while me was because of Sandra. Wahaha. I love the show a lot!!! Except for the last part where I don’t really understand the time travel thingy… BY had the same explanation as me while YueXin had another (supposingly the correct explanation) Zuee jus rushed off (haha.. too pissed that we destroyed the show! So sorry!)
The Lake House
Zhao yang, yuExiN, me and BY went back to HC to see the handover ceremony from the 2006 to 2007 committee. I was feeling super old lah! I was the 2003 year batch! Haha.. however, we saw so many seniors from the 2002 batch and earlier. Haha.
Back to HCJC
After the ceremony, we went to Serene Centre to have supper cum dinner. Wahaha… Yuexin had this stupid theory that “I should not be close friends with guys”. Haha… a lot of explanation for them… which some I DISAGREE yar? Haha.
Super looking forward to the NEXT outing. The LAST one before my dearest girlfriends go Uni. I think I will be super sad. Keep our friendship flame burning!
Today went to my aunt’s condo to go to gym. Haha. I only exercise a little… makes absolutely no difference. Wahaha.

1 brave move + A large Reunion
I did something BRAVE today. Something i would not normally dare to do but only did it after MUCH thoughts and many sleepless nights. I want to SAY it out because i feel correct and justified to myself. Sorry if it has caused distrought. I cannot say i do not feel anything over the result of it because it would be a LIE altogether. I am disappointed but also relieved. Nothing is changed luckily. I am HAPPY for that.
Had an YINXIANG outing today with an surprising turnout of 8 people vs the normal 5. Haha. We went to Newyork Newyork, a NEW restaurant located at CityLink. The ambience is definitely a thumbs-up but the food is ( i think in my opinion) not as good as my expectations. yep.
Haha.. We then went to the Choc Cafe at Explanade to have SUPPER. Edwin and Javin joined us after. yuExIN was initiating this conversation on the qualities that your girlfriends/boyfriends should have. Haha. Funny... i think WeiWei's criteria is cute. 1. Taller than her 2. Must be motivated 3. MUST HAVE THICK EYEBROWS. Wahaha~ the third one is funny. :) There comes a point where there are like 3 conversations across the small table we were seated. Totally chaotic. Haha.
We then went Merlion Park for a talk. Haha. The last time i went there was during CNY with Zuee and BY. Haha. yep. Took some photos there.
Oh! Must praise yuExIn for the SUPER ACHIEVEMENT she did for the phototaking!!! Haha.

Friday was an OFF day due to my company achieving Redcon 1 status for ATEC stage 1.
Woo Hoo~ it is definately somthing worth remembering, something to rejoyce about!!! However, thinking of the long exercise we are having next week, it simply depresses me. But nevertheless, i must enjoy this weekend!!
Met up with an old school-mate of mine yesterday. We went singing. Haha. Kbox was fun except that the price was quite off now... getting more expensive i would say. Haiz.. We then went to Kino to look up some books on Zodiacs! It was great fun!!!
We also took neoprints!~ Neoprints are expensive nowadays... Rachel made a comment: So expensive unlike the neoprints we had during out time, only $4! Haha.. yea.

Pirates of the Carribean
Finally, I am SINGING again! 4 of us ( Bingyi, yuExiN, xinwei and me) went to Kbox Marina to sing!!! I was very happy cos xinwei praised that I sang Rainie’s Ke3 Ai4 nicely.. according o her it was a difficult song for them… haha. Thanks lots for that compliment. Haha.. me and xinwei came to a conclusion that we cannot sing a song concurrently cos our octave doesn’t compliment one another. Hope YuexiN likes the necklace we gave her.. Wahaha…
Zuee joined us after for pirates. Haha.. Coincidentally, KS and his gang were also catching the same show as us! Quite nicely done except for the ending which left all of us unsatisfied. I gave the movie 6.5/10 and Zuee said I was too lenient! She gave 6 ( 0.5 for actions and 5.5 for Johnny depp and the “sotong” guy). BY gave 5.
We then went to the foodcourt to talk cock. YuExiN attempted 2 love tests which gave totally different results. Wahaha.. one of them said I will meet my lover in NS!! And my wife is Sun ho. Dotz… yuExiN and xinwei left to meet friends and family after.. BY left home to see Singapore Idol which he missed like half the show!! Oh no…
Me and Zuee then headed to city link’s MPH to search for her X-Men comic. Haha.. she is in a craze over them.. No have… We then went to the Comic’s Mart at Raffles City to try our luck. YES! Found the comics but she dunno which to buy..We were jus flipping all the comics there la… I then consulted Qin Yuan for help.. end up Zuee talked to him instead cos too troublesome for me to translate the message from him to her.. haha.. She bought X-Men, deadly genesis in the end. X-Men Fanatic!!!

Durians are NICE!
We had durians in CAMP, compliments from PS John ( platoon sergeant from the MOTAR platoon). He went to SADA hill to collect durians! haha.. the durians are jus so so SWEET! Never had such fun eating durians and of course, OPENING them using only a pathetic JACKKNIFE!!! Wahaha..
PS Vincent is so COOL! Sat the jeep he drove! i feel so privilege. Still remembered he said: no need to worry, trust my driving skills!

Went to watch this movie called “Thank you for Smoking” with my dearest platoon- mate KS. Apparently, I did not even hear of this movie before. With a feeling that it may flop, I stepped into Grand Cathay. The movie is supposed to be FUNNY but I do not really feel it. But the thing is that I was LAUGHING like mad inside @ the characters’ appearance. I did not understand the movie fully though… I bet KS did not understand too. Wahaha… Then we went Carrefour to shop for food but the trolley was mostly used to put out bags which weigh like tones heavy. Haha.
Saturday 080706
Watched “Recycle” with the usual movie gang (with the omission of BY who is being mobilized back to camp). XinwEi is the same height as me (since she is wearing high heeled shoes) I feel threatened.. Wahaha. Zuee came late cos she went to repair her 6111. End up the 3 of us (me, yuExiN and XinwEi) started to talk all kinds of topics ( and gossips of course). Haha. I was so scared that my pager will SUDDENLY ring that yuExiN kindly borrowed her handphone pouch for me to put my pager in so that I can place it on the table. Haha.. but it was so pinky that it looked very gay. Haha..thank goodness she offered to help me look after. Thanks lots dear.
We bought the 7.30pm show… Woo. We bought potato chips in to eat. In addition, I bought Famous Amos in too.. Zuee said “ woah.. gui4 de4 lei”. Haha.. must really enjoy the movie! However, the movie once again proved to be a bit abstract that it takes sometime for us to understand the plot. Haha. It was quite touching at the end I think… hmm…amyway, we will be watching PIRATES next week :)

Family dinner at SAKURA! Super nice food and a very wen1 xin1 feeling when the whole family gathered together to eat. I love the Teh- tarik. Haha.. after the sumptuous meal, we went up to my cousin’ s new apartment to look see look see. Her house looked like condo design lor.. haha…afterwards is WORLD CUP finals! France VS Italy. France LOST! Zidane is a FLOP lor.. seriously. Haiz.. anw, today is and OFF day.. I was supposed to go gym with KS but he say he is too tired since he only slept 3 hrs, we decided to give it a miss. We went Orchard instead… ate crystal jade fried rice for lunch and STARBUCKS for tea. Haha.. I simply love the ambience there. Went Taka to buy some food before heading back home. Hmm.. felt today like a bit wasted liddat… haha..

Simply bad luck i think. My section missed marksman by quite a LARGE margin >_<". Bye bye to my $200 bucks. Not that the targets are difficult to hit but my shooting skills simple SUX to the core. Yea. Underslung SUX big time. Really stupid trying to tie the whole jeep. Tedious and a whole 1.5 days dedicated to it. Now still got World Cup... lack of sleep... n my section failed the underslung TEST... Sad Sad Sad... Large % of chance to be activated this SAT... there goes my weekend again >_<"'
A busy weekend
Friday had to wake up early for CO parade cum SAF day. Then in the afternoon, we had to run 10km at East Coast Park under the super duper hot sun... then me, ks, qy, jc, warren and weiliang went parkway to hav dinner. Crystal jade was great in filling our hungry stomachs...we head back to camp that night cos we hav range zeroing the next day.
Another day of little sleep. I slept at 2am sat morning and woke up 3.5hrs later... Y? World Cup lor... haha. erm.. booked out on Sat afternoon. Sian...
Today went out with the usual movie gang to watch superman returns. Wow.. it rocks LOL. Nicely done. Oh.. yuexin rebonded her hair!!! Prettier le wor :) haha.
